Zdenka, SatyaSimran (Kaur), is a registered Yoga Alliance teacher (E-RYT 700), storyteller, author, and spiritual guide. She is the founder of YogicLife.eu and Yogaroom.nl, spaces dedicated to cultivating strength, clarity, and inner freedom through movement, breath, and awareness.
Originally from Belgrade, Serbia, now based in The Netherlands, she has walked long distances in search of the essence of this beautiful dance called life.
“Who am I? Why am I here? Where am I going? What is Love? What is happiness?”
These are some of the big life questions we all carry within us. For SatyaSimran, yoga became the living space where those questions are felt, lived, and explored.
“Yoga has always intrigued me. In my study, I fell—and still keep falling—in love with yoga more and more each day. It opens my world, my heart, every part of my being. I keep learning so much about myself.”
Through discipline, practice, progress, and kindness, she discovered that awareness grows in every possible direction. Yoga philosophy connected deeply with her own logic — making life feel more clear, grounded, and peaceful, while always revealing new layers to explore.
“There are just a few things in life we can’t control — and just a few things we truly need. Everything else is a matter of hard work, focus, and honesty.”
Through her book, trainings, and workshops, SatyaSimran shares her signature system of 9 Dimensional Awareness, guiding people to shift perspective and awaken their highest potential. Her approach blends ancient yogic philosophy with neuroscience and self-inquiry, showing how we can evolve from inherited patterns into empowered presence.
Her book, Yogic Life: A Journey Through Yoga and 9-Dimensional Awareness is more than a method — it’s a mirror for inner discovery, inviting you to dance with life consciously, creatively, and courageously.
As a teacher, she offers herself as a tunnel — passing on what she has received and continues to receive from her own teachers. She teaches from and to the heart, connecting the outer yoga of posture and breath to the inner yoga of concentration and meditation.
“There is no yoga style in my experience. Yoga is a technology that supports personal development. I intend to inspire and train people to become the best possible version of themselves.”
There is so much she is eager to share with you.
Hartfelt welcome.
