Osho Dynamic is a physical, challenging and expanding group meditation. This powerful meditation consists of five phases, the music will tell you when one phase changes into the other.
The meditation will transition into Ecstatic Dance. Here you can dance as you wish, let your dance be an expression of the happiness and silence within you. You can take this feeling with you into the day, for a beautiful start of the day.
Osho Dynamic is meant to be done in the early morning. When all of nature comes to life, the sun rises and all and everyone wakes up and becomes clear. Besides the inward journey you will experience, you can come to enjoy a beautiful sunrise at our studio.
Please note: it is best to do the meditation on an empty stomach and to wear loose, easy clothing.
