To discover Ecstatic Dance you have to experience it yourself. It is a safe environment where you can let yourself go; we are respectful and don’t judge. Ecstatic Dance will be different for everyone, searching for a certain experience is not the purpose. Let the experience penetrate you, the music, the energy. Out of your head for a moment, free of thought.

– Respect your body and other people’s bodies
– Move freely as your body wants to move.
What does the evening look like?
Start of the evening – We start in a circle, a moment to welcome everyone, a short explanation, make contact and a warm-up dance. Then, in a smooth transition, the musical journey begins. At the end a rest moment to explore the silence within yourself. We conclude in a circle to complete the experience. Afterwards we will lounge and socialize. Note: if you cannot make it in time or have to leave earlier, that’s possible.
